others. Our Convertible Tops are cut using the very latest computer controlled cutting
machines to ensure accuracy to +-0.01mm. Computer Aided Design, superior
modern fabrics and manufacturing process’s allow us the opportunity to
continually enhance and improve upon the original factory designs. This High
Tech manufacturing process means that our replacement tops are now even
better than many of the original equipment tops of the past as we
continually strive to ensure our convertible tops are widely considered equal or better
than those fitted originally when the vehicle was new.

High Frequency Welding
High Frequency Welding Presses are
used to bond the Flexglas windows into the top fabric. HF welding is also
used on main roof seams. This is an Original process that gives the
convertible top its O.E. appearance, adds considerable strength to the seams and prevents any
water ingress through the seams.
