with your purchase and have full confidence that we are here to look
after you should anything go wrong. We understand that you are trusting
us with your purchase and we thank you for that. For our part we intend
to ensure you are completely satisfied with the products and services we
supply. International customers will receive the same warranties and
service and please be assured we make every effort to ensure that your
purchasing experience with us will be easy and trouble free. The world
is a very small place today and deliveries to most international
destinations are as quick and easy as local ones.
14 day money back guarantee
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee should you not be entirely happy
with your purchase. (Excludes shipping costs). This only applies to items made in the original
quality material and colour. ie; items made in non standard colours and
materials for your vehicle are considered "Made To Order" and can only
be returned if defective.
No item may be returned without prior
authorisation. Please notify us of your intent to return an item by
email or phone stating reasons for return. We can then take steps to
fast track the item once received.
All items should be examined
immediately upon receipt for defects. Only items that are unused,
unmarked and in re-sellable condition can be returned. Return postage is
your responsibility unless the item is being returned due to defect.
Return items must be repacked in its
original container and plastic windows free of scratches. Tops
that are poorly packed and badly creased will not be accepted back. Flexglas windows should be packed without creases and protected with
tissue paper.
Guarantee Precise Fit.
All our products are
continually tried and tested. We employ the latest technology in our
production and it would be very rare indeed if our products were too big
or too short for the intended application. This is particularly relevant
with soft tops. Under normal circumstances every top will fit precisely
but not everyone can fit a top precisely. Claims for poor fit are 99.9%
installation issues. If you have a problem don't automatically assume
the top is at fault. We sell and fit 1000's and we see and know most of
the installation problems. If you have a installation problem we are only to happy
to help. You can call us for advice and if you can't bring the vehicle
to us then digital photographs should be e-mailed to us.
12 Month
Warranty
Mistakes sometimes happen and warranty claims are rare but nevertheless
can happen. We will gladly correct our mistakes and deal with your
warranty claims but please understand that we are responsible for our
product only, not the installation or removal.
All our products are warranted to be
free from defects in material and workmanship. Damage resulting from
incorrect installation, car manufacturers design problems, pinching or
wear and tear during lowering and raising of the top frame, normal wear
and tear, incorrect cleaning materials, improper cleaning methods or
atmospheric conditions is the responsibility of the buyer.
No warranty
is offered or implied on plastic windows after installation. Plastic
windows need special care and attention. They can last 10 years or 10
minutes. For instance they can crack in cold conditions and they are
easily damaged if the top is incorrectly lowered. Looked after properly
they will last until you cant see through them, fold it incorrectly
after installation and bingo! you've just either holed or badly creased
the rear window. On some cars, and we're talking expensive ones here the
soft top folds into such a small space that creasing is inevitable.
We recognize
that occasionally extraordinary situations arise. This warranty / return
policy is extended to cover the majority of transactions. Special
situations will be handled on an individual basis.
Warranty for
our products is one year from date of purchase.
Warranty
claims and refunds are prorated from the purchase date, based on the
estimated normal product service life.
Our
liability for breach of the above warranty is limited to refunding the
purchase price of the goods, or at our discretion to replacement upon
its return. Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for any other
form of consequential damage including installation costs, removal
costs, damage to associated products, vehicle hire costs or loss of
profit arising out of the use or inability to use the products supplied.
No claim for
any breach of warranty herein shall be valid unless delivered in writing
to the company within the warranty period.
Buyer
submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Law and English courts
