Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection; click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart; please contact us as soon as possible and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received; this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order (and hence a contract between us) when we send you an order acknowledgement. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing; such as inadvertently under-pricing goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price; we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
We use express services with major carriers (DHL, FedEx). The tariff and fees will be prepaid by us; so you don't have to worry about surprise charges before delivery. The total price you see in the basket is the price you will pay. Your order will be delivered straight to your door with online tracking provided.
Delivery Schedule
Stock items are usually despatched within 1 working day. Made to order items are usually despatched in around 7 working days (depending on the time of year). Interior trim kits can take up to 4 weeks to manufacture and despatch; depending on the time of year. In all cases; the customer will receive an order acknowledgement with the expected lead-time for that particular item(s).
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit; so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Tax Charges
We do not charge sales tax but note that you may have to self-declare the sales tax amount as 'use tax' on your income tax form.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed on our website: credit card numbers are encrypted. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
